    I got a naked Santa.....
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, champagne in one hand and strawberries in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming WOO HOO - What a Ride!

    I LOVE gift cards.
Since John isn't working, we made a pact years ago , no gifts. Same deal with all my friends since we see each other all the time, pay dinner bills back and forth etc, plus a lot of their kids are getting married this year.

John's son and DIL gave us some neat cooking items, small but needed as I like to cook. I haven't had a working oven for over a years so I'm saving for a new one.

My brother gave me a total surprise of $$, after we made a No gifts deal. (I deserve it though! ))

Went to parties on Dec 24/25 so I was kept busy so I wouldn't funk out. I really did have fun, though.

    I've been Boooo'd!

This year I got the one gift that I've been wanting for the last 8 years...A Christmas with my mom and dad. Due to some problems in the family we haven't gotten together for 8 years, so this was a WONDERFUL surprise. I'd gladly give all my gifts back just for the 2 days we got to spend together.

Now as for other gifts, I feel blessed to have such good friends and family.
These are the things I received...

$50 MC gift card (used to buy 7th season Dukes of
Hazard for Mark and a wireless mouse for me for the laptop)
    -my brother

cookies, 2 ornaments, cute doggie tree, lottery ticket,
B & B works lotion, lip gloss, a few misc things from Avon,
2 picture frames, yummy hot chocolate, set of candles
    -from friends
