I don't have many other words other than oh dear, oh dear, oh dear.
The child must have seen his father doing it or perhaps saw it on TV. Doesn't make him a young offender. The world is so uptight these days.

That's pretty pathetic. Next we won't even be allowed to hug our kids or grandkids for fear that it will be misinterpreted by the child.

That's what the world is coming to, that children can't be children anymore. I think the "authorities" at that school should be fired for even using the word "sexual" in regards to a 5 year old! What kind of mind do they have to even see that as sexual?
