My cat, Angel and Snow, love to play that game too. But instead of a lazer light, we use a flashlight. They try and jump up on the wall to try a catch the light.
I think all pets love to play that game. It's so fun for them!

my cat used to love to chase the light but now he just watches it go past him. he knows he can't catch it so he doesn't bother trying.
