    In Germany (where they are from) the only correct pronunciations are Teckel or Dacks-hoont as far as I've heard. In North America, the correct way is either Dox-hund or Dax-hund.

    Dash-hound is commonly used aswell and very popular, but not at all correct.

    I pronounce it as Dox-hund.

    I pronounce it "Dox-in" and sometimes "dox-sin". Most of the time I just call it a doxie or wiener dog! XD
