Impaired my butt, he was flat out drunk. Princess Diana died just after my father did, 9 years ago. It was a hard blow for me.Has it occurred to ANYONE that the driver was IMPAIRED, driving at HIGH speed, and neither Diana nor Dodi were wearing their SEAT BELTS????
There have been MANY theories as well as rumors. Bottom line is, both Princess Diana and Dodi are dead. PERIOD.

IMO, it was a common deadly combination:
speeding cars + drunk drivers = disaster
Drunks kill people on the highways every day. Sad but true.
Some people need to blame someone for the tragedy, besides the obvious. I suppose spending all that money is part of the grieving process for some. i would think Diana would be honored more by donating it to one of her worthy causes.
