To the vet...please! It sounds like it could be serious. Maybe just ringworm, or could be a tumour.

yes post every little detail! I hope its nothing serious! Probably not though but just in case take her to the vets!![]()
I doubt if it's a good idea to let a cat go outside when they have an open wound. It may not be healing because it is infected and going outside will make that much worse. Is there swelling around the pad? Does she have a temperature? Is her appetite normal? Is she hiding or acting differently? Is there a reason why you can't take her to the vet?
