We tried a lot of things, but it's mostly just management. If everything goes ok, by the summer I will probably move her to a place where there isn't as much gnats and stuff, there is a slow moving creek that is in the middle of the property.

You can see here, it was just starting-notice a little bit around the face, in the ears, and on the chest. At first it was really just the face, and I purchased a "fly collar" that goes around the neck near the poll, and it helped somewhat but then she just got attacked on her body.
Beautiful pics, and I am now in love with Roscoe too!![]()
I love that picture of foxy!! I have two horses and live in Michigan, but I'm actually from south Florida. Winters here are brutal for me and my animals.
As soon as I can we're heading for Ocala,Florida. Horse country. How much do you pay for a bale of hay in Tampa? Hay here goes from 2-4$ per bale. Right now I'm up to 700 bales a year. (two horses a donkey, two goats and a calf) Crazy huh? But it's a labor of love. I'm gonna try to upload photos, but I don't know if it will work. Beth
I love Ocala...horse central. For what kind of hay? $6-7 for coastal and between $9-11 for T&A.
