Happy 8th Birthday, Honey!

Just checking in this morning to see if there was a birthday thred and there is/was! Honey I am sorry I am so late but my wishes are sincere. You are a beautiful girl, much too beautiful to be sick! Bella, Ripley and I wish you a speedy recovery and are sending calming wishes to your mommy too who, we know, is very worried. Maybe when you are all better she'll post more pictures. *hint* *hint*

Thanks, everyone, from Honey and me!!! You are all so sweet. Honey has some spunk today, but is still not eating. She will take her meds, though, so that is a good thing.

Unfortunately, Honey seems to have spread her birthday "cheer" (NOT) and more than one has the same problem now. Problem is figuring out who has the issues. I didn't feed anyone this morning and gave them all the same medication that Honey is receiving. You cannot imagine the "mess" I walked into this morning in my gated kitchen/den. I can't seem to get that odor out of my nose, either.

Probably time to do a fecal exam on at least one of them to try and figure out if they have picked up a parasite or if it is just a virus they are sharing. It could have easily been brought into the house by our foster boy, Ben, who spent a week at the vet before he came a week and a half ago. I've been gone all day and left all 4 of them outdoors. I simply could not think about the mess that would greet me if I didn't. It is sunny and nice today in SC, so they were all fine. We're going to fix this, and when we do, we'll have a major birthday celebration, just a little late!

Honey Buns, this birthday celebration indeed needs to be put on hold until it can be done in the grand style that you deserve with good eats and maybe a special outing. Hope that icky sicky feeling subsides soon. And darling, you really don't look a day over 5.
