Pouncierge had one around her neck and was running around the Hotel with Scrappy 2 and Miquelito in pursuit.
I stepped on the bag and she was so relieved to be free of that plastic monster.
Plastic Bags are said to contain Animal Fats so thats why they may appeal to Our Cats.

My Elmer was caught in the handle of one of those plastic bags just a couple of days ago! Fortunately I was right there and was able to get him and get it off him pretty easily. I shudder to think if any of my cats, but especially Elmer, the Wobbler, should get caught in one of those when I'm not home.
Aside from that, what a great bed for the young ones when the older ones have gotten first dibs on the chair!
