Thanks for the prayers and well wishes! They mean alot to me.
I've been worryin' myself sick over it. Sophie acts absolutely fine which is a relief but is also kinda scary. Since bunnies are prey animals, they tend to hide their illnesses (any sign of weakness would be an instant death in the wild).
Yesterday, we went to do some show & tell/pet therapy in mom's preschool class (she has the kids who are delayed in learning: speech impediments, physical deformities, etc.) When that was over, Soph and I came home, said some prayers, and took a nap. When mom got home, she came in to check on us. She "accidentally" woke Sophie up & Sophie attacked her (nipped & headbutted Mom's ankles/pants legs).("Grammawz how darez youz interuppiez my beautious sleepz?!") So she *IS* feeling her normal spunky self.
The lumps remind me of the "fatty tumors/cysts" that my cockerspaniel had. I hope that is what they are.
I'm comtimplating the 5hr drive back to her old vet. I don't know that she could see us any earlier than what this vet could, though. Waiting is so hard...
Thank you again!
