Thanks everyone for your comments and name suggestions! I think I'm going to keep the name Keva.

No I don't have pics of the parents, I saw the mother, she was black/white and fairly small (around 40 lbs), she seemed really well behaved. They are AKC, but I know that doesn't mean much. I was hoping to get a dog from a rescue or a really good breeder, but I'm in love with her now, there's no going back.

I hope Nebo will love her with time, he's ignoring her now. Maybe when she's bigger and can really play with him. My parents are smitten though, they've both been holding and cuddling with her...they love puppies they just won't admit it.

Is it ok to continue feeding her Nebo's food instead of puppy food? I give him Natural Balance venison and brown rice, it says it is fine for puppies (just increase the amount)...I don't think Natural Balance makes a puppy specific food, and that's the best brand they sell where I work. She's been eating it just fine.

Still no accidents in the house or crate, she potties every time I take her outside, she's been excellent with that.

Sounds like she's doing wonderfully, Amy! I can't stop coming back to this thread. She's too adorable!

As far as the puppy vs. adult food thing goes, I've always been told that feeding a high quality adult kibble is better for pups than feeding puppy food. A friend of mine fed her pup adult Natural Balance (not sure of the formula but I don't think it matters). I'm sure Nebo and she will become great friends in time. Tango is much the same way as Nebo when puppies first arrive.

Nebo's food should be fine for her. I will be feeding Mufasa the same as my three.
