Actually I have to pay to finish our basement and make it an "apartment" (sort of) for me.....probably about $15-$20k (expensive puppy eh?) paying the loan monthly like rent. Well at least that was what originally made them think about it, their idea, I didn't think they'd actually go through with it until today.
