And, to all of you, thanks for such warm messages. How nice to be loved! (well, at least liked..he he he).

I DID sleep in today, up at 645am ("normal" is 6). Jonah heard my first footstep on the squeeky floorboard, and he was up, too! I told him it was my birthday, and he was NOT impressed. I asked for a special kiss today from him, and got the hand, literally. It was pushing away my face.
So, while he wasn't looking, I smooched him on the cheek, and it was IMMEDIATELY wiped away. THAT is my Jonah.

Then on to Grammy's, where a lovely birthday greeting was hanging on the door. No cake, though. Maybe 830 am is too early for cake at Lillycat's house???

On to work where a lovely food spread awaited me. Special bread sliced bagels from my assistant. She knows I love them bread sliced! Cookies on my desk from another coworker, and apparently, a veggie tray is waiting in the fridge! Oh, and brownies, too! I am so lucky to work with such wonderful women.

I will quit work early today, to celebrate. I am having dinner with my sister, Grammy and Jonah tomorrow night- yum! What a lovely weekend, I am sure.

Anyhow, thanks for the lovely greetings. Another year past, and I can only hope the next year goes as well for me.
