Lol everyone asks me that and how I get it so soft. I really don't know.
I don't use any special kind or anythihng. When I use shampoo though I massage it into my scalp then just rub it into everywhere else.
And I let my conditioner sit for like 5 minutes maybe that's why.
I personally think my hair is gross and filled with dead ends lol.
