Soar high & free my sweet fur angels. I love you Nanook & Raustyk... forever & ever.
it's good to see you, lvdogs and thank you for stopping by.
ron is doing okay, swollen and itching mad from medicine going in him - he isn't very happy camper right now. I went and saw him at the hospital today and heard that he's going to nursing home in about a week. he probably won't come home for another months to a year.
I'm about to explode (or is that breakdown?) here... I keep coming home to labs' logs and peepuddles everywhere. ron usually is around at the house (retired, works around the house) and take labs outside whenever needed. I am not home as much as they need me and I'm feeling all trapped. especially my school is starting this coming week! plus, my missing cat isn't found yet -- please see this if you haven't yet. I can't keep cleaning up after them unnecessarily.
I kept calling ron, and we both kept calling his daughter. poor sick ron isn't in position to argue, ask and beg. I honestly think these dogs need to go now. I don't have time for their trainings, they nip me aggressively too and nobody is helping me here.their food ran out twice already, unaffordable for me anymore now.
well, this is vent, I'm just at end of my wits and don't want any advices. but know this, I wish I could show more of my gratitude for all of your thoughts, words and hugs better and always appreciate them. I would have been gone.
thank you everyone, and I'll respond to your PMs soon this weekend, sorry.

The Labs need training, and it sounds like 24/7 supervision/rehousebreaking at this point, as MElissa has just let thing deteriorate. These dogs need care, and you are not their owner, they are not your responsibility. I know you want to help Ron, but you cannot sacrifice your own schooling and health to try to do all this, and he would not want you to. Tell Melissa if she
won't take at least the one that is "hers," you will contact Lab Rescue about a foster home for both dogs, which may be an option fopr Ron's dog while he's in the nursing home/rehab place.
Melissa sounds like she cannot see beyond the end of her own nose. As her father, Ron probably knows this about her, too, whether or not he'd say so.
thank you, karen. I'm still not sure about taking these dogs away - ron would need them when he comes back. he convinced me (we've talked about this) that he'll be home sooner than three months and the nursing home is about right behind us. there's a old guy (friend of ron's) who said he could take care of them for temporary - I'd rather him than this sad woman - she will be arrested next time she comes into my property anyway.
guys, please keep praying - ron is on suicide watch for a few days now - I've told him about you community friends are pulling up for him, although he won't admit, he nodded slightly & cracked a smile.
Poor Ron.And all involved...especially you Gina.I'm so sorry you're going through this.
Maybe we can send Ron a get well card.Is that OK?
I hope his dogs get to that other persons house soon. And I'm so happy your cat was found.Don't know where she was found though. Will you tell us where she was?
Prayers for you Ron and all the pets.
Thank You Kim for this wonderful siggy

Sounds like a very sad situation. I hope that Ron makes a full recovery, and that things start improving for everyone soon.

I'll check and PM you with info of how and where soon okay? anybody else wants to too? beep me please. and eclypse, you probably have missed in original thread, she was found in attic. crayola is my hero and saved her!!
