I'm really fond of this one, still, but it would be 50$. (needle nose )
But yea, It might be simplest to just make my own, (and a LOT cheaper)

Oh, right, you asked for the DIY coat. Actually, we took Giselle's coat from Carol and tweaked it with buttons (word to the wise, don't use buttons!). It was really an experiment and I don't have a pattern for it. I just traced Gissie's old coat![]()
It doesn't look too complicated, I'll just trace the general shape on a piece of thick fabrick, cut it out and put some velcro on it.
Now I'll google search to find a scale life-size shape to trace...

I like the black and pink one too. I would bet you could even find a pattern at a large sewing shop...this isnt it exactly, but its a start.. http://www.thesewingplace.com/index....OD&ProdID=2310

oh Weatherbeeta makes a re-formatted dog line. They use the same materials as their horse models and the horse models are available for dogs.
I made Nino a fleece coat out of the fleece that was on discount at the fabric store. I made it w/o sewing just by tieing parts on. Let me see if I can find the thread about it...
