These things always make my blood boil. And then I stop and think what kind of parents they must of had. People have to stop having kids and them dumping them and not raising them correctly. Not only does this creep deserve to be punished but so do his parents. Not all bad parents have bad kids, and not all good parents have good kids, BUT most bad parents have rotten kids.
