Congratulations, Kimmy! This certainly is a surprise. I think Phred's housetraining advise is right on target. Also with all the excitement of new people, new environment, and playing with a new buddy, last night had to be a highly unusual situation for him. If the peeing continues to be so frequent, you might want to talk to your vet. Don't know much about urinary track infections in male dogs, but in a female that would be a sign.

Oh, Kimmy and Andy, what a surprise! Chipper looks as though he will be a great addition to your family. I am glad he and Kia are getting along so well. as far as the peeing goes, he is probably nervous about being in a new home. And if he has been in a shelter for very long, he may have relaxed any housetraining he had. But no matter, with your and Kia's help he should be house trained very quickly. (Monkey see, monkey do)

By the way, how are you feeling?

Thanks for asking. Up and down but I think I'm leveling off. I haven't been as tired at work, just a little wore out when I get home.

Andy and I started a work out regime but kinda fell off the wagon. We need to start up again. But now, with Chipper being so energenic, I'll be taking more walks and working hard at training him I won't have time to think about being tired. *laughs*
