Karen: I've been out all day and just seeing this now. I'm so sorry that you have to go through this. I can't begin to know how it feels as I have no allergies at all. At least, I don't think so. I purchased a couple of feather pillows from IKEA recently and noticed that I've been sneezing so maybe I'm developing them. As for food, I can eat pretty much anything. I avoid really hot sauce now because I suffer (rather, my colon suffers) the next day.
Eggs...sometimes I can eat them and other times they will send me to the bathroom pretty quick. Yeah, I know, TMI.
Anyway, you have my prayers and I'm glad that you are feeling better. I am surprised that it will take so long to get the blood tests back.
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, champagne in one hand and strawberries in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming WOO HOO - What a Ride!
