    Lol, here it is! We actually have 2 words for it: "kat" or "poes"

    The Czech word, kočka is similar to Polish and Russian. A kitten is a kočička (the č is pronounced like the sound "tch" - think "catch" in English). You got it - I'm Czech, Polish and Ukrainian.

    My family is 100 percent hungarian and i thought cat in hungary was Muchka I dont know how to spell it but it sounds like that...

    And the danish is.... kat. As for a kitten, it's killing. Foreign people who come and live in Denmark can get quite mixed up with al these new words - killing = kitten, kylling = chicken and kælling = bitch. Better learn those straight away!
