do you mean her coat is hard and coarse - rubbing this oil in will help that also but make sure it is well rubbed in and before doing it brush her coat to remove any loose hairs but really try it it does work - My father-in-law's Jack Russell (also called snowie) had the same problem and he does it and now her coat is starting to become soft and more full.
