Congratulations! Bonding is a hard, but rewarding experince. I would love to do it with Sharra and Jaxom, it's just hard to find the time. I did try it with my boys a long time ago but no way! Julian is definitly a lone bunny.
This is a BIG acomplishment and I'm sure both buns will enjoy having a friend.

Yes the first time I tried they fought and I was way too scared after that. I waited a LONG time before trying it again.I started again with the car rides ,then outside, then the kitchen and then the living room and last Tedd's room. It was a long process. But your right it's SO rewarding.Originally Posted by Aspen and Misty
I could tell before that Tedd would easily bond with another bunny he always loved attention and playing with stuffed toys. And he never fought it was just Baby. I just let them deal with their own fights now. As long as it dosent have any blood and there hasnt even been any fur flying.
I did the same thing as you. They lived in a room that neither of them have ever seen before side by side for a long time. Then I started to let them meet during cars rides etc. etc. But Julian attacked Jax and bite him very close to his eye requireing him to be shaven near that wound. After that I waited a long time and then tried again. Julian attacked Jax and bite him on his neck requiring him to have stitches. I gave up after that. Julian won't even accept Sharra who is 100% sure a girl. He is just a lone bunny, always will be.
Jax on the other hand LOVES other bunnies. He loves to groom them and be grommed. He loves playing with them, watching them he just loves everything about other bunnies. Sharra can be a bit nippy toawards him when they are together, but thats only normal bunny stuff.
Again, congrats on the bonded pair! It's very exiting!

That's so sweet, both little bun buns are now happy together.![]()
What about your sister does she mind you keeping her bun bun in your room now?
Aww! Congratulations! =D
I love seeing pictures of those two cuties together.. and since they're bonded, I hope to see much more!
Aww, your bunnys are so completely adorable! It's so cool I use to have a rabbit named Baby too, she passed away a long time ago though, and I loved her so much. I find Baby is such a good name for a bunny.
It's so good that the bunnies have made friends with each other, they seem to be so happy! And the carrot pics are really cute! Can't wait to see more of the two!
