reading each entry and thinking what brave soldiers you all are!!..many get up early coz they have to...i have terrible sleeping patterns, all over the place..but on a good run i usually go to bed at 12pm, nod off to sleep around the 2am and then wake up around 10:30am....chronic fatique messes you up badly...I tip my hat off to all of you who get up when the birds are singing..Jujuboy
