    I went to bed at 11 pm and woke up at 6 am (I didn't get out of bed until 6:30)
    Weekends I usually go to bed at 11 pm and wake up between 8 and 9 am.
    I can not stay up until the wee hours, by 11:30 I'm falling asleep.

    11:00 p.m. -- 7:20 a.m.(Up and down all night as normal ) Best sleep I've had in weeks
