woke up at 6:30, but laid in bed for a little while before getting up.

I went to bed at 11 pm and woke up at 6 am (I didn't get out of bed until 6:30)
Weekends I usually go to bed at 11 pm and wake up between 8 and 9 am.
I can not stay up until the wee hours, by 11:30 I'm falling asleep.

reading each entry and thinking what brave soldiers you all are!!..many get up early coz they have to...i have terrible sleeping patterns, all over the place..but on a good run i usually go to bed at 12pm, nod off to sleep around the 2am and then wake up around 10:30am....chronic fatique messes you up badly...I tip my hat off to all of you who get up when the birds are singing ..Jujuboy
