As always, you've been the Guardian Angel for a helpless pup. I could not open the attachment, I can't stand to look at animals in pain. But from Bernie's picture it looks like he's fully recovered and ready to go to a forver home, thanks to you and all the other people willing to give him a second chance in life. Bless you all!!!
