Definitely give the vet a call. In guinea pigs, diarrhea and a lack of activity can be signs of a very serious, life threatening condition. Have you changed her diet recently? I'm not familiar with ratty diets, but too much fruit or veggies or a change in diet sometimes causes diarrhea in guinea pigs. Make sure she's getting lots of water too!
