I've been using variations of bluefrog, blue_frog, and bluefrog_ca for a long time now (since like 96) on chat programs (like IRC), forums and for online gaming. I also use it for my blog, and for my crafty endevours.
That and I just like little blue frogs -- i think they're cute!

Mine's pretty self explanatory to. I love Maltese's. I think it's pretty stupid now though, because I love all breeds. On another forum, I'm known as _Sassy'shooman_ and I like that better.

I love this thread! It's great to hear the stories behind the usernames.
As for mine... one of my favorite breeds is the Husky, and I also owned a Husky/Malamute mix, so I thought Husky, and my age is 15 so I just put 15. I put 15 on the end of lots of my usernames.
