    Chilli - they had a filter, it was always on the lowest to stop the water current moving too fast and they had one in the shop so I thought it was best to carry it on

    areias - Ive had them for 2 weeks going on 3 now, The temperature seemed ok and it doesnt seem to change much at all, My house is always quite warm so I dont think it was a problem

    Well how much of the water did you change? It could have been from ph shock.. Or the ammonia or nitrates could have been too high. Trying adding "ammolock". This removes the ammonia and nitratres but continue to use the Stresscoat as well..

    Ammolock doesn't remove ammonia or nitrates. It detoxifies ammonia. Nitrates continue to build up with ammolock. If you cycle and stock properly you shouldn't have to use ammolock because the ammonia is converted as quickly as it appears.
