When my son was in the hospital last year and we were just about living there, I walked off about 18 pounds while eating like a horse and I haven't put it back on since... (Now, If I could only get off 17 more!!)

That is WONDERFUL!!! Great job and keep up the good work (if you want to/need to). I know its so very hard to loose weight and you're doing great!

I gained about 60-70 lbs due to being put on prednisone. I can only do so much excercise due to health reasons, but WALKING is wonderful! You can pick where you do it and with music, it goes by VERY quickly!
