Congratulations on the loss! I'd like to lose more weight, but seem to be in a rather difficult pattern to break.

Good for you! Now, if you substitute some salads for those takeaways while the oven is broken, you will lose ever more!![]()

Good for you! Losing weight is never easy.I lost 35 lbs last year and have kept it off.Can't seem to lose more though. Keep up the good work!

1 stone is 14lbs, Im completely hopeless at mathsso I cant work it out but Im 12 stone 4lbs now!!

When my son was in the hospital last year and we were just about living there, I walked off about 18 pounds while eating like a horse and I haven't put it back on since... (Now, If I could only get off 17 more!!)
