Question about this calendar- number one is something you can order? Whom do the proceeds benefit, and when do they do on sale, and if so- how much? And how does one order one?

I am working on them. A few people made it very difficult as they didn't follow the rules I created.

Yes you order it, when it is ready.
Last year some of the proceeds went to Kfmr local animal shelter.
I think the price was around 20 dollars per calendar plus shipping.
