Adoption rates are not high for five year old sled dogs who leap tall fences

Uhhhh, Anvik - those "Furry lil Snacks" are Mom's PETS - and are NOT to be
chased, munched upon, or otherwise molested!

So, are you suggesting ole Anvik may have become "LOST" in the Shelter records?

Sure hope he settles down a bit -
you could prolly stand to give up the Howls of Death Screams!

He's a husky. They often have difficulty telling the difference between cat and snack...sigh...... Fortunately, Anvik had a muzzle on when he went for Polly so no harm done. She gave him a good whap on the nose. Hopefully, he'll remember that. I've lost one cat to the dogs(not in the house, she escaped into yard), my heart can't take that again so I'm very careful about the inter-species interactions!

I think there are a few dogs here who are technically lost from the shelter's records! I know Chum just disappeared, but that's a long story! I'll post it again on his gotcha day in early December!

I could certainly live without the Death Howl! I don't mind when he's excited about something, like dinner or going for a run, but the rest of the time I could live without ever hearing that sound again!
If you are lucky enough to find a way of life you love, you must find the courage to live it.
