They may want her with no food in her stomach because once they check her out they could do the surgery (rather than having you come back again).

But I did wonder what Snoopy has been doing on the weekends that they would specify "sober"

Her new appointment is now tuesday november 6th. She must arrive at the clinic at 8.30 am, on an empty stomack. Poor girl, normally a sedation isn't dangerous; but in Snoopy's case...... .
Her fur was all back already after her spaying! Now they will shave her again....

Snoopy is having surgery right NOW .... . Please send out positive vibes to my sweet baby

I will get an "all clear" call as soon as she wakes up; this might be in nearly 2 to 3 hours from now

Right now, she is chasing the other cats in all directions.... . If her tummy wouldn't be "naked", nobody would believe she got surgery this morning

Same here [[[Snoopy]]] hugs from Chicago
If we could go to Belgium with Miquelito, we certainly would be on the way with our suitcase containing cat blankets and toys and treats for a convalescing kitty. But we can't (my mom has to work and I can't fly alone), so we are sending virtual hugs instead. Way to go, sweet girl. Keep us posted. Hugs, Cassie and her Human Servant

    Well done, Snoopy! Concatulations!

    Party on...

    Pats and cats
I meant," said Ipslore bitterly, "what is there in this world that truly makes living worthwhile?"
    Death thought about it.
CATS, he said eventually. CATS ARE NICE.
