Wel first of all you need to add cranberry capsules to her diet. This will allow the bladder to express better with the exercise I know you are doing. how old is this dog/cat and give me some idea why you are expressing the bladder to help further and how much cranberry capsules. you can get them at any walmart.
For a 50 pound dog you can give easily a whole capsule- about half for a 20 pound dog in their food. for a cat is about 1/3 of a capsule twice a day.
