    Oh my that is amazing. Somehow, I thought that once it was time for the kittens to be born, that they sorta "popped out" within a few minutes. But I see by the timing that that labor goes on for 45 minutes or more on each baby!!

    What an incredible sight to see those brand new babies next to Sweetpea, who is already mothering them.

    That number five baby was surely a shock to meowmie

    Yay! I'm glad it went so well for her! Five babies!!! That little girl was carrying a load.

    Awwwww! I'm so glad everything went smoothly. And I'm really glad you didn't listen to me when I suggested sending the babies to the bridge before they were born. I looks like Sweetpea didn't have any problems carrying and delivering those precious ones.
    Ask your vet about microchipping. ~ It could have saved Kuhio's life.

    Kuhio it was a chance that we took and I'm relieved that it's over with and everything went very well. Sweetpea is such a good mommy for being a kitten still herself.
