I'd be interested in a meeting for the S.Ontario / Golden Horseshoe / GTA Crowd - since I live in 'sauga, work in TO, and drive to peterborough to work at the farm most weekends i'm pretty flexible on where/what/etc

Theres lots to do around here, but unfortuntaly since the weather is getting crummier, maybe an indoor activity? I'm trying to think of some ideas .. any thoughts?

OMG someone from PT lives in the same city as me?!?! Where abouts in Miss. do you like? I'm about a block away from Meadowvale Town Centre! Have you taken your pup to the dog park near me? Its a nice dog park.. lots of pools, 1 open field, 1 forest, 1 agality (sectioned off) & a section for small or non-dog friendly dogs or dog in training thats sectioned off.

*lol* I spend a lot of time up that way actually, a bunch of my friends live off Glen Erin/Britannia area, so I know Meadowvale mall quite well (especially the drivethrough tim hortons!) I've been to the dog park you're talking about too, just not for a couple months (me and my friend took her dog there a few times). I know theres another one on erin mills too, north of that mall, but its not as interesting. Currently, i'm living down around Dundas/W.Churchill-ish area (which is making working in Markham a really pain in the butt)

If you take the 407 to Markham its only a 30 min drive eh Less traffic & much nicer then the evil 401! When I use to live near South Common Mall, Tom had to drive to Markham aswell.. He said the 407 made a HUGE difference.. I know W.C. & Dundas isn't far from south common mall, so the time should be about the same. If your going to take the 407 get the transponder, its sooo worth it! The guys I'm living with have 2 & when they get their recked van back, they are putting that transponder in my car, so when we take go to Ottawa we can go down the 407 then onto hwy 7. Its sooooo worth the small fee!

The 407 is great! I usually take it from where it meets up with the 403 on the other side of the petsmart on dundas road (right at the oakville boarder), so it usually only takes me 30-45 mins which is -much- better than the 401 (that highway is just a disaster)! I really lucked out since the company i'm working for pays my toll charges - part of why I took the job up here

I generally take the 407 straight across till the end, take the sideroads to the 115 north, then on to the farm on weekends too -- its saves soooo much time in the summer on a friday nite!

My part of canada has very low population, but I could go to ottawa or montreal, as are both 1 hour away. Someone tell me if we ever do plan a southern ontario one.

I find this thread rather funny actually because I know nothing about Canada so reading all your posts is confusing!

I'd love to have a PT meeting, but I can't travel which sucks. If I had my own car and a good amount of money I would though.
