Hi, Gina - you have been through so much, just a few days in the hospital you'll be able to get through fine. You can do it! Your Ark and Crayola will be so happy to have their mom healthy!

Gina, I know there are hundreds of people, a few of them here, that could write books about being not treated right or even ignored at hospitals.

It's part of the understaffed medical system. Happens up here too.

Could your social worker arrange to have someone go with you next time; that might help?

I hope you try again - and pray for the stressed staff AND you. I hope things go better next time!

Oh my Gina... I am just now seeing the updates (from going into the hospital)

PLEASE, go to your local medical society/welfare department/somewhere that can give you some help! This sounds like more than you can handle on your own. You need someone to help you. And there is no shame in asking for help.

I wish I was closer so that I could try to help. We have a local League for the Blind and Disabled that helps me with interprators when I need one for a nonhearing elderly person. Maybe you have something like that and they could help you with a case manager.

I just spoke to Gina, she's heading to the hospital in a little bit, as she's still feeling awful. It's a different hospital, so hopefully things will be better.

Keep PMing her, as she hates being in the hospital, so every little nudge of love and support will help.
