UPDATE
Well I have some good news and some bad news....the bad news is that the x-ray shows that her spleen is twice the normal size due to the tumors and her chest is starting to fill with fluids. The good news is that speaking with her vet this morning her blood work shows that her kidneys and liver are still functioning normally. Her vet thinks that I could have as short as this weekend or as long as a month....but pretty much no longer than the month.
If she continues to eat I can give her some oral cortisone which should keep her comfortable (although we don't think she is in any pain right now) and it should also help to stimulate her eating.
She had a really good night at home last night, she has been eating quite well and has been resting a lot, but that is normal for her.
All the other cats in the house know that something is wrong and have been by my side constantly.
Thank you all again for your thoughts and prayers....they are truely appreciated. (((HUGS))) Meg and Tigger
