Nothing as yet, but I'm really hoping that in a couple of months I can work voluntarily at my local RSPCA shelter as I'll then be 15.

I've been writing letters for work experience for next year, and I've just got a reply from one veterinary practice that would like to have me Of course, my ambition is to become a veterinary surgeon.

Faux Finishing is a great start up business. You don't really need a loan to get started. I recommend a 5 day course such as FauxEffects.com
You must enjoy the tedious aspects as much as the creative.
There's so much work, I don't know how to keep up. It would keep me busy 7 days a week, if I let it. But, it is physically challenging, especially for someone 45'ish with Rheumatoid Arthritis, but I thought I'm not getting any better, or younger. I'm going for it!
    I go 3 scaffolds high!
PM me if you want more details.

    Good, good living.

I am a full time kid!

I don't have a job at the moment, but I would really like to start volunteering at the Human Society near our house.

Oh Amy, you are so talented! I wish I did animal portraits like you do - your work is beautiful!

For the past four years, I've been doing computer-generated illustrations for a company that publishes supplemental educational material. I mainly do spot art for workbooks for Grades 3-8, but this year I have done 6 books in color that are part of a reading program. I'm attaching the scan of one book cover (color in the scan is a little pale) and the art I did for the back cover - I didn't scan the back because it's got upc codes printed all over it.
Please do not copy/download/use these, this work is copyrighted by the publisher. I'm allowed to use it in my portfolio. And yes, I love it! I work at home and I recently moved my studio to a small building attached to the kennel - so my fuzzbutts come in with me all day and become couch potatos!
