Tubby knows what "no" means and sometimes he won't stop if I just say it, but if I get up and head towards him while I'm saying it, he immediately stops whatever he's doing and takes off. Peanut never does anything wrong.
Yes, Noel will stop if we look at her and she see's us...if that doesn't work, we do stand up and walk towards her and she stops. Good idea about the spray...is that any type of citrus spray?
