I took another sleeping pill last night along with the pain meds and had a real good sleep.....11:30pm right through until my bladder woke me up at 6:30 this morning. Man, did that ever feel good sleeping all that time. I've only got 4 more pills left so I guess it's time to wean myself off them. I wonder if over-the-counter drugs would help??

Just heading out to run a few errands and get my walking in for the day. Have a good rest of the week everyone.

Oh yes, and it's a long weekend for us Canucks.....Happy Thanksgiving.
I'm so sorry to say that it did take that long. But the incidence of them became further apart. Not every time I moved my left arm. But now they are all gone and I don't miss them AT ALL. Yours may be quicker as it truly hit me every time I moved my arm. Every day you're one day closer to being all better. My doctor couldn't give me a true timeline, but said it could take up to a year. I almost clobbered him.

Enjoy your thanksgiving. I'm glad your prognosis is similar to mine - all good with continued yearly monitoring.
