Hi, Karen . . . I am having similar problem getting my revised Avatar to replace my current one . . . same kind of error message. I checked with the person that updated mine because it may be too many KBs and that is what is creating the issue. I am waiting to hear back from her.

I'm also having the same problem.I just made a new Halloween avatar and it's within the size limits but it won't accept it. I've pm'ed Karen about it.
I also haven't been able to see people's attachments the last few days.
