I think he looks mostly border collie......but the nose looks very collie to me. I voted border collie x collie.

My immediate thought was actually Australian Shepherd x Collie ^^

Mine too actually -- Aussie would lower the earset. Don't see too many collies/BCs with such low earsets, much more common in Aussies.
