Thank you all for your wonderful comments on my sweet girl Gracie. I was shocked and wonderfully surprised that one of my girls is Cat of the Day. Wow! That funny photo was taken on Gracie's 2nd birthday, June 15, 2005. I try to get a birthday portrait every year and Gracie is very much a ham.

I had to take a break from typing just now because Gracie jumped up onto my shoulder and gave me a lick on the cheek. She wants me to tell you she truly appreciates her special day.

I love your perspective on life, Your Greyness Gracie . . . sometimes we need to take that humorous pose in order to try and make sense out of life. Cody must have sent you to give a lift to your heartbroken Mom, and you seem to be fulfilling your mission beautifully! I did have a great day yesterday expect for throwing up in the morning. Mom says I must have eaten my breakfast too fast. Mom did give me a lot of attention, hugs and kisses yesterday. I thought for awhile that she was planning to take me to the vet and was buttering me up until she showed me my photo as Cat of the Day. My sister Ally is very jealous. Mom sent in her photo too but she has not been Cat of the Day like me yet. I think I'm prettier but mom says that Ally will have her day too. Thanks for your nice comments. I've been practicing some new moves for my next Cat of the Day photo.
