I know everyone always says this, but if I could take him, I honestly would. Unfortunately i'm in the UK, but I'll certainly pray for him.

Adopt him? I wish. My parents won't even look at dogs anymore.
I'm just hoping he gets adopted or fostered... this shelter is NOT rescue friendly.

Good luck, Angie & Tess. I hope this boy can get into a rescue asap! I checked with a border collie rescue in Tiffin OH but they won't take mixes.
