Tim, a good veterinarian would not do a check up through photos. After you get your eyes checked, you should call the vet and schedule an appointment for the day after or as soon as possible.

The neosporin may help a little, but Daisy's ears need to be looked at through the naked eye of the veterinarian.

    Exactly!!
If you were hurt, would you take a picture of it and e-mail to an ER for treatment??
Instead of making an appointment with that vet, I'd find another one!

I beg to differ. A good vet is willing to help in any way possible.
So if this were a good vet, the vet should of said "too bad, you'll have to wait until I can see her"?

I know if it were my vet & I could not get there in time & I was just there with my pet I'd want my vet to help me in any way shape or form.

Most vets won't even speak to you on the phone, they have their techs & recetionists do it for them. I think you've got a great vet.

Glad to hear you've just got a lazy eye and can correct it. Good luck with your eyes & her ears. (hear no evil, see no evil, good thing there is speak no evil lol)

totally AGREE!!........I hate when people´s doctors tell you "come back tomorrow or next week" as I have no time for you today.........helllooooo.......I came to you because I need you NOW not tomorrow!!.......It makes me happy to have a doctor/vet that take phone calls......I had one that even responded at midnight or whatever time it was......too bad he moved

What I meant by what I said is that the vet would not look at something through a photo, give advice, and not even advise the person to bring the dog in.
