When you say 'he gets mad', what type of behaviour are you referring to exactly?
If he's been attacked by three dogs then the fear of anything larger than himself will remain in him. I know that rabbit bites can be nasty and that taming a 'wild' one isn't easy. I'd suggest just being quiet and moving slowly when you're around him, perhaps talking softly too. Offer him little bits of food, at first just leave it on the floor for him to get, but gradually build it up so he takes it from your hand. I'd also recommend that you keep him in an indoor hutch, perhaps in your room, so he gets used to your scent and your presence more.
