This is so sad and a very difficult decision to make. If it was me, I'd have him PTS because I've always said that I don't want any of my animals to suffer. Bliksem and your friend will be in my thoughts and prayers.

I am so sorry to hear about Bliksem; it is the worst thing we will ever do for our beloved pets, but it is the kindest of all.

Francine and her beloved kitty companion are in my thoughts and prayers. The right decision is often the most difficult and painful to make. While none of us wants to think about losing our dear pets, there are times we have to consider what is best for them above all else. He is at peace now with no pain or suffering.
