Just because it's locked away in a vault doesn't mean someone didn't make a copy of it before it was locked away.
In either case, even if "a" video of his death is released, I still wouldn't watch it.

The tape is in the hands of the police. It is not be released. There are many spoofs of his death going around, and also just absolutely stupid videos with the title saying it's his death.
